When does the process begin?

  • You have to see the clinician on the second or third day of the period. You will be advised to take tablets, and or a few hormonal injections. 

  • Ultrasound is done on day 8 and then repeated as required. 

  • When the follicle is of good size, trigger injection is given and you will be told to have intercourse for the next 3 days.

  • Ultrasound is done after that to confirm ovulation. 

  • Medicines are then given for pregnancy support.

  • Pregnancy test is done after 2 weeks
