People today want a shortcut for everything. They want easy fixes for issues that might take a really long time. Weight loss fads have always been popular. One such thing that people expect crazy solutions for is infertility issues. They think that consuming a certain food or drink might miraculously have them in conceiving. While there is no such food that will magically help you in becoming pregnant, a well-balanced and nutrition rich diet can certainly support your overall well-being including reproductive health.

3.Full-Fat Dairy



Pasture milk products are an excellent fertility and pregnancy option for those who can tolerate them. Dairy products are high in saturated fats, which are particularly good for fertility. They're also a good source of fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, E, D, and K. and K2.


4.Beans and Lentils



Beans and lentils are excellent sources of fiber and folic acid, both of which are critical to maintaining healthy hormone levels. Lentils also contain high levels of polyamine spermidine, which can help sperm fertilize the egg. Lentils and beans are also high in protein, which can help promote healthier ovulation.


5.Walnuts

6.Egg Yolks

Egg yolks from pasture-raised chickens are also extremely high in fertility-boosting omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K2.


7.Cinnamon




Taking cinnamon supplements can help start irregular menstrual cycles in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a common cause of female infertility.


8.Cooked Tomatoes




Tomatoes are high in the nutrient lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that can help increase fertility. Lycopene has been extensively studied for its potential role in improving male fertility.


9.Beetroot




Beetroot and their greens are an underrated vegetable. Beets are known to improve blood flow to the uterus to aid in the implantation of the embryo. A diet rich in beets is particularly helpful during IVF treatment. Because of this, they should definitely be added to your fertility nutrition list even if you are not undergoing IVF.


10.Dark Leafy Greens



We should all be eating dark green vegetables every day, but they are especially important when trying to get pregnant.
